Welcome to HaulPass™️Powered by WillTree Transport. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Description
HaulPass provides freight delivery services. Our standard service includes:​

  • Standard Delivery hours: Monday - Friday

  • One-man delivery through first threshold of location.

  • Package weight limit of 150 pounds, maximum 2 packages per stop

2. Exclusions

  • Same-day and hot deliveries are not included in our standard service

  • Additional fees apply for deliveries exceeding standard service parameters

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is as quoted on our website or in personalized estimates

  • Accessorial fees may apply and will be invoiced separately

  • Payment of accessorial fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt

4. Liability
HaulPass liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

  • Loss or damage of goods, prior to or after ownership except as provided by law

  • Consequential or indirect losses

5. User Responsibilities
Users must:

  • Provide accurate information when booking services

  • Ensure shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Package items appropriately for transport

6. Website Use
